Year 6 Leavers Service at Gloucester Cathedral

6th June 2017
Year Six attended the Leavers Service at Gloucester Cathedral this morning. These services are held for all year six children in Church of England schools across the diocese. This year the theme was Standing Firm and the values they looked at were Community, Wisdom, Hope and Dignity. The service was very moving and a lovely opportunity for our children to reflect on their time in primary school and look forward to moving on to secondary school.
After the service the children enjoyed a meal at Toby Carvery with all the Teachers and TAs in Class Three. Everyone really enjoyed the treat and it was lovely to hear the waitress welcome us and say that we were her nice school beacause we were always the best behaved.
