Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week is 18th -24th May. This year's theme is kindness which is very apt while we are all living with Covid-19. It's important to be both kind to others and ourselves.
Some of you may remember what we learned when Grieg from 52 lives of kindness came into school last year and how being kind is good for our own physical and mental health. This week see if you can do something kind for someone every day. It doesn't have to be something big, small acts of kindness can make a big difference to others lives and how they're feeling, and will make you feel good about yourself too!
